Now that spring has finally arrived in Ontario it is time to to do outside clean up and annual spring window cleaning and eavestrough cleaning. Many people think that it is enough to clean eaves or gutters in the fall but the smart home owners have eaves cleaned out two or three times to prevent blocks in the downspouts during spring rain storms.
This year instead of hiring the typical window cleaning company that uses ladders and squeegees. Switch to the smart way of doing windows . At Gutter Force we use a ladderless water fed pole system. The oples are connected to your outside water outlet . The water is then plugged into a Deionizer filter that takes out all the calcium and minerals in the water that normally leaves spots. The poles are low pressure and brushes with water wash the windows and frames which are often ignored inthe traditional method of cleaning exterior windows.
With this water fed pole system the cleaner can reach two and three storey high windows without risking his saftety on a ladder. Also there is no soap or chemicals used so it is the best method for an ecological green way of doing them. Another bonus is that without ladders there is no chance of any ladder banging and damaging eaves, facia or stucco on a house so it keeps the house from getting "tradesmen ware and tear"
This new method of cleaning windows is gaining momentum among more open minded people who are able to see the benefits and are concerned about the care of their house. No matter how nice a guy your regular window cleaner is , if he or she is using ladders it is not good for your house in the long run. Even the most contientious person can make an unintentional dent or scratch that cannot be reversed and will be on the house as a reminder for as long as you own it.
So the smart thing to do this spring is switch your eaves and window cleaning to Gutter Forces ladderless methods.

How often should I clean my windows?
Window cleaning should be performed at least two times per year. Late spring and late fall are excellent times.
Gutter Force window cleaning professionals use pure H2O and long extension pole to clean your windows. Rain is usually clean and does not contain hard minerals. Therefore, it will simply evaporate leaving the window sparkly clean. The squeegee guys use soap or chemical to clean windows, when the rain hit the soapy windows residue will build up. Pure H2O window cleaning method will leave window stay clean longer. There are thousands of injuries and deaths that take place every year due to fall off from ladders when cleaning windows If you are not completely confident when it comes to ladders, call Gutter Force Toronto Window cleaning at 416 809 2922. We will clean the windows for you.
Window cleaning tips: Avoid spraying windows with a pressure washer or garden hose with city water. Over time, mineral deposits build up and cause damage to the glass surfaces.

Why you should switch to a ladderless eavestrough and window cleaning service
There are over 3,584 people who fall off ladders and seriously injure themselves in the Province of Ontario alone. 80 workers are injured every day and 20 people die per year from falls at work.
With new innovative methods and technology in window cleaning and eavestrough cleaning this figure can be substantially reduced.
There are now long extension poles and water fed poles that can be used without the use of ladders.
These poles can reach up to 50 ft and so can clean any residence up to three stories high. It just seems to me to make sense and this is why we have incorporated these methods into our everyday practices at Gutter Force eavestrough cleaning and The Force window cleaning.
