6. Drain all garden hoses and exterior pipes, including air conditioning pies. Shut off and wrap the pipes.
7. Ensure smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are function properly.
8. Inspect the foundation of the home. Seal foundation cracks to keep small animals from getting in also to prevent water damage from heavy snow fall.
9.Trim trees if branches hang too close to the house or electrical wires.

How often should I clean my windows?

Window cleaning should be performed at least two times per year. Late spring and late fall are excellent times.
